Bidness, operated by Ember Media LLC, is an educational and entertainment platform. All content on this platform — including stock screening results, Bob AI analysis, trade setups, Kalshi prediction signals, paper trading simulations, geopolitics analysis, sentiment data, SEC filings summaries, course content, and any other market-related information — is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.
Nothing on Bidness constitutes: (a) investment advice within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940; (b) a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security under SEC Rule 10b-5; (c) commodity trading advice under the Commodity Exchange Act; or (d) any other regulated financial advice or service.
Ember Media LLC is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA, or any state securities regulator as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, or in any other regulated capacity. You should consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.
Trading stocks, options, futures, prediction markets, and other financial instruments involves a substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. The risk of loss can exceed your initial investment, particularly when using margin, options, or other leveraged instruments.
Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance — whether of the markets, individual securities, Bob AI analysis, or community predictions — is not indicative of future results. There is no guarantee that any strategy, signal, or analysis provided by Bidness will result in a profit or avoid a loss.
Short selling involves unique and elevated risks compared to buying securities. When you short sell a stock, your potential loss is theoretically unlimited because a stock's price can rise indefinitely, while a long position can only lose 100% of the amount invested.
Additional risks include: forced buybacks (short squeezes) where rapidly rising prices force short sellers to cover at a loss; margin calls requiring additional capital deposits; stock borrow costs that may increase unexpectedly; difficulty borrowing shares for hard-to-borrow securities; and broker-imposed restrictions on short selling during volatile markets. Low-float stocks highlighted on Bidness are particularly susceptible to short squeezes due to their limited share supply.
Bidness frequently highlights small-cap, micro-cap, penny stock, and low-float securities through its scanning and Bob AI features. These securities carry significantly elevated risk compared to large-cap stocks.
Specific risks include: extreme price volatility that can result in large losses in minutes; low liquidity meaning you may not be able to exit a position at your desired price; susceptibility to price manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, and coordinated trading activity; wide bid-ask spreads that increase trading costs; and potential for trading halts, SEC investigations, or exchange delisting.
The SEC has issued investor alerts about the risks of penny stocks and low-float securities. Exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough independent research before trading any security highlighted on Bidness.
The "Bob" AI system generates market analysis, trade setups, win probability scores, and Kalshi signals using artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Bob is not a licensed financial adviser, securities analyst, registered investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, or broker-dealer. Bob's output is machine-generated and may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or based on faulty assumptions.
Bob's historical win rate and accuracy statistics are backward-looking and do not predict future performance. Market conditions change constantly. Bob's analysis should never be the sole basis for any trading decision. Always conduct your own independent research and apply your own judgment before entering any position.
Bidness integrates with Kalshi, Inc., a CFTC-regulated prediction market exchange. Prediction markets carry unique risks including: binary outcome risk (you may lose your entire position); liquidity risk (markets may not have sufficient volume to exit at desired prices); regulatory risk (prediction market rules and CFTC oversight may change); and counterparty risk subject to Kalshi's terms of service.
The Kalshi Auto-Trade feature (Captain+ tier or add-on) is currently waitlist-only pending legal review. When enabled, it executes real trades in your personal Kalshi account using your API credentials. You are solely responsible for all trades executed through this feature. Ember Media LLC is not a CFTC-registered Commodity Trading Adviser. Bob's Kalshi simulated account performance does not predict future auto-trade results. Use of this feature is entirely at your own risk.
The paper trading feature uses simulated capital in a simulated environment. Paper trading results do not reflect real-world trading conditions and cannot predict actual trading performance.
Key differences from live trading include: no slippage — paper trades execute at displayed prices, while live orders may fill at worse prices due to market impact and liquidity; no liquidity constraints — paper trading assumes orders fill instantly at any size; no emotional factors — trading real money involves psychological pressures absent in simulation; and no real consequences — the lack of real financial risk changes decision-making behavior.
Strong paper trading performance does not guarantee or predict success in live trading. Do not interpret paper trading results as proof that a strategy is profitable in real markets.
The prop firm evaluation simulator on Bidness is a standalone educational tool that simulates the general rules and structures of funded account evaluation programs. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any actual proprietary trading firm, including but not limited to Apex Trader Funding, TopstepTrader, FTMO, or any other firm.
Passing the Bidness prop firm simulator does not guarantee passing any real evaluation, does not entitle you to any funded account, and is not recognized by any prop trading firm. Rules displayed in the simulator are for educational reference only and may not reflect current or accurate terms of any real evaluation program. Always verify current rules and terms directly with any prop firm before purchasing an evaluation.
Using margin or leverage amplifies both gains and losses. A small adverse price movement in a leveraged position can result in a loss that exceeds your initial investment. Margin calls may require you to deposit additional funds immediately or have positions closed at a loss. Bidness does not provide margin trading, but may display analysis relevant to leveraged products. Understanding leverage is your sole responsibility.
Market data displayed on Bidness is sourced from Alpha Vantage (alphavantage.co), a licensed market data provider, and may be subject to delays or contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price, quote, volume, or other market data. Data errors, feed outages, and stale prices can and do occur without notice.
Never use Bidness data as the sole source for time-sensitive trading decisions. Always verify current prices with your licensed broker before placing any order.
You are solely and entirely responsible for all investment and trading decisions you make, regardless of any analysis, tools, AI output, community predictions, signals, or educational content consumed on Bidness.
